I'm out of skill points, and have done all the quests. Do bonuses gives skill points too?

No they don't you'll just have to grind out some skill point probabley

buy some scrolls. the one that gives double xp for 10 minutes (scroll of slayers insight? i forget the name) was only 1900 a piece at la last time i checked. go run frozen forest or mineral springs with some henchies and youll get some skill points in no time. or you an do the 5,000 xp quest in uw.
